All orders received through Falera Et Orbis are processed and, if the stock is available, despatched within 1 working day of receiving the order.
Therefore, your products will usually be with you - depending on your location, from few days to couple of weeks. If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, the goods will be despatched the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following working day.
Delivery time is also dependent on the transmission method you choose.
We offer the following delivery options. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
We accept orders from and deliver to the following coutries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
Also for non-european union countries:
Switzerland, Russia, Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, China, India, Thailand, Japan, North and South Korea, Israel, Australia, New Guinea, New Zealand, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, United States, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina.
If your country is not one of the above listed, contact us on email@example.com and we will surely arrange your shipment safely to your place.
1.) Regular Post Office of Slovenia (under option Flat Rate). Shipping cost is 7,50 € for every above listed country worldwide.
Your package will be signed as Priority and with all possible security procedures our Office can provides you. Due to our small Slovenia, your tracking number will be visible only till the borders of our country, which is not really recommended to high value items. It takes max. a week for european countries to arrive and no longer than 5 weeks for others. If you elect to have this option waived, please note that you are doing so at your own risk, and that Falera Et Orbis will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2.) Courier agency DPD (only for European union states). Shipping cost is 20,00 €, no matter of distance or size/weight of the package.
This one provides you safely, fast transmission of your shipment and tracking number visible everywhere it goes. It takes max. 7 days to arrive. Please be aware that packages sent via DPD requires a signature upon delivery. If no one will be able to sign for the goods at your contact address you may wish to send the goods to an address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal business hours, for example, a work address. Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that packages ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items, but we cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.
3.) Courier agency UPS (for every above listed country worldwide). Shipping cost is 55,00 €, no matter of distance or size/weight of the package.
It's very similar to DPD, but faster and more recognizable brand who ship packages worldwide. UPS provides you safely, fast transmission of your shipment and tracking number visible everywhere it goes. It takes approx. 3-10 days to arrive even if your country is far away from Europe. Please be aware that packages sent via UPS requires a signature upon delivery. If no one will be able to sign for the goods at your contact address you may wish to send the goods to an address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal business hours, for example, a work address. Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that packages ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items, but we cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.
Lost packages (Only possible for flat rate option)
On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 30 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact us and we will try to research the situation at our Post Office. There's no guarantee that your items will be found. Unfortunately we can't replace it because of uniqueness of our products. More about that you can read in the description of first listed method above.
